Submitting a Ticket

Start on the Dashboard

STEP 1 Click on Tickets in top right (the question mark)



STEP 2 :  Click on the first drop down 




STEP 3 : Select relevant device



STEP 4 : Click on next drop down and select relevant answer




STEP 5 : Click on next drop down and select relevant answer



STEP 6 : Click on next drop down and select relevant answer





STEP 7 : Click on next drop down and select relevant answer



STEP 8 : Type subject of ticket





STEP 9 : Type an in-depth description of the suggestion or error



STEP 10 : Click on SEND
